Dot blot analysis of IKB alpha (phospho S36) phospho peptide (Lane 1) and IKB alpha non-phospho peptide (Lane 2) labelling IKB alpha (phospho S36) phospho peptide with ab133462 at a dilution of 1/1000 dilution. A Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated (ab97051) was used as the secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/20,000 dilution.
Blocking and dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

Flow Cytometry analysis of HeLa (Human cervix adenocarcinoma epithelial cell) untreated/treated with 1% FBS for 3 hours then 100 nM Calyculin A for 10 minutes cells labeling IKB alpha (phospho S36) with unpurified ab133462 at 1/20 dilution (10ug/mL) (red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised using 90% methanol. A Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) secondary antibody was used at 1/2000 dilution. Isotype control - Rabbit monoclonal IgG (Black) (ab172730). Unlabeled control - Cell without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (Blue). Untreated control (Green).
