Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-Hsp90 antibody [4F3.E8] (ab79848)ab79848 staining Hsp90 in Human colon cancer tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry. Samples were incubated with primary antibody at 1:100,000 dilution for 12hours at 4ºC. A Biotin Goat anti-mouse was used as the secondary antibody at 1/2000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. Mayer Hematoxylin was used as a nuclear stain.
