Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human clear cell carcinoma of kidney labeling hnRNP U/p120 using ab180952 at a 1/100 dilution, with Hematoxylin counter staining. Prediluted (ready to use) HRP Polymer for Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary antibody.

Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with EDTA buffer pH 9 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
