ab238309 reacts to Histone H3 dimethylated at Lysine 79 (K79me2). Very slightly cross-reacts with monomethylated Lysine 79 (K79me1) at high concentration. No cross reactivity with non-modified Lysine 79 (K79 ctrl), trimethylated Lysine 79 (K79me3), or other methylations in Histone H3.
