Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Hepatitis E Virus antibody [5F3] (ab233244)HEV-3-infected cells were fixed with acetone-methanol (1:1; 20 °C) and blocked with 1% FCS, then incubated with ab233244 at 1/50 dilution for 1 h at 37°C. FITC-conjugated anti-mouse IgG at 1/100 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Cell nuclei counterstained with DAPI (Blue).
