Formaldehyde-fixed, Triton permeabilized HEK-293T (Human epithelial cell line from embryonic kidney transformed with large T antigen) (Panel A) and SH-SY5Y (Human neuroblastoma cell line from bone marrow) (Panel B) cells labeling HDAC6 using ab253034 at 25 µg/ml, overnight (green) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody and Alexa Fluor® 647 secondary antibody respectively, in ICC/IF.
