Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-HCN3 antibody [N141/28] (ab84818)Ab84818 staining HCN3 in Mouse brain tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry. Samples were fixed with 10% Formalin solution at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody at 1/1000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. A HRP/DAB Detection System: Biotinylated Goat Anti-Mouse, Streptavidin Peroxidase was used as the secondary antibody. Mayer Hematoxylin (blue) was used as nuclear counterstain.
