    This data was developed using ab189511, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded human transitional cell carcinoma of bladder sections labeling HAI-1 with ab189511 at a 1/100 dilution. Secondary antibody used was a ready to use HRP polymer for rabbit IgG. Counterstained with hematoxylin. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with EDTA buffer pH 9 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
