    why is the actual band size different from the predicted?



    Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST

    The observed  molecular weight  is consistent with what has been described in the literature  (PMID: 12420295, 29393851).

    Two bands of 180 and 130 KDa in lane 1 are glycosylated forms. The bands around 105KDa in lane 2 are de-glycosylated and partially de-glycosylated forms.

    Immunofluorescent analysis of 100% methanol-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized A-673 cells labelling GPCR GPR64 with ab272390 at 1/100 dilution, followed by ab150077 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) antibody at 1/1000 2 ug/ml dilution (Green). Confocal image showing cytoplasmic and membranous staining in A-673 cell line ab195889 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/200 2.5 ug/ml dilution (Red).
