    4% formaldehyde-fixed SK-N-BE (human neuroblastoma cell line) cells stained for GABA A Receptor alpha 5/GABRA5 (green) using ab242001 at 1/100 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature in ICC. Secondary antibody is Goat Anti-Mouse ATTO 488 at 1/100 dilution for 60 min at RT. Actin is detected with Phalloidin Texas Red F-Actin stain (red). The nuclear counterstain is DAPI (blue).
