    Immunofluorescence analysis of a coculture of  HDLECs and C2C12 cells labeling FABP4 and CD31  with ab205332 (green) and a mouse anti-CD31 monoclonal antibody (red). ab205332 was used at 10 µg/ml and detected with Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/600  (green). Goat anti-mouse PE was used for the detectiobn of CD31 (red).

    Immunofluorescence analysis of  primary human dermal microvascular endothelial cells (HDMEC) cells labeling FABP4 with ab205332 at 10 µg/ml. Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/600 was used as the secondary antibody (green). The slide is counter stained with Dapi (blue).  The images were captured  at 200X magnification (upper panel) and 400X magnification (lower panel).
