Immunocytochemistry - Anti-ESE1 antibody (ab275592)Immunofluorescence analysis of A431 (human epidermoid carcinoma cell line) cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with ab275592 at 1/5000 dilution at 4° overnight. Then cells were stained with an Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.
