Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human adenocarcinoma of colon tissue labeling ERp72 with ab190354 at 1/100 dilution. A prediluted HRP Polymer for Rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Counterstained with Heamatoxylin. Negative control also shown.

Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
