ERK1was immunoprecipitated from HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) using ab264269 at 3 μg per reaction. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitates using ab264269 at 1 μg/ml.
