Immunocytochemistry - Anti-ECE1 antibody (ab279576)
Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.3% Triton X-100 permeabilized and 10% serum blocked HepG2 cells stained for ECE1 using ab279576 at 1/1000 dilution at 4℃ overnight, followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cell membrane and cytoplasm.
