Sandwich ELISA - Anti-CXCL9 antibody (ab193851)
Sandwich ELISA using ab193851. Wells were coated with 2.5 µg/mL of capture antibody ab193851 for 12-24 hours, followed by incubation with Recombinant Cow CXCL9 protein ab87521 for 2 hours. A biotinylated Rabbit anti-Cow CXCL9 polyclonal detection antibody was used at 0.1 µg/mL for 1 hour, followed by incubation with Streptavidin-HRP. TMB was added for 3 minutes and the optical density was read at 450 nm.
