Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human transitional cell carcinoma of bladder tissue labeling CTPS2 using ab196016 at 1/1500 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (ab97051) at 1/500 dilution. Cytoplasmic and Nuclear staining is observed. Counter stained with Hematoxylin.
Negative control: Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (ab97051) at 1/500 dilution.
The staining pattern observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature PMID: 24870241 and PMID: 16179339.
Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Flow cytometry analysis of HeLa (Human epithelial cells from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling CTPS2 using ab196016 at 1/540 dilution (Red). A Goat anti rabbit IgG (FITC) at 1/150 dilution was used as secondary antibody. Cells were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde. Cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody (Blue). Rabbit monoclonal IgG was used as isotype control (Black).
