Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence analysis of A431 (human epidermoid carcinoma epithelial cell) labeling Clathrin heavy chain with ab172958 at 1/250 (4.1 μg/mL). ab150077, AlexaFluor®488 Goat anti-Rabbit at 1/1000 (2 μg/mL) was used as the secondary antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% Paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 0.1% TritonX-100. ab195889, Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [DM1A] - Microtubule Marker (Alexa Fluor® 594) at 1/200 (2.5 μg/mL) was used as counterstain antibody.
