Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embeded mouse colon tissue stained for Citrulline (Green) using ab240908 at 1/25 dilution for 1 hour at RT in immunohistochemical analysis. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 was used as the secondary antibody. The nuclear counterstain is DAPI (Blue).
