Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon tissue staing CDX2 with ab48009 at 5µg/ml, followed by AP staining. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.

Predicted band size: 34 kDa
Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence. Approx 35kDa band observed in Human Colon lysates (calculated MW of 33.5kDa according to NP_001256.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. The observed 35kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
