This data was developed using ab130422, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.
Flow cytometric analysis of Ramos (human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line) cells labeling CD79b with ab130422 at 1/50 (10 μg/mL) dilution (Red) compared with an Isotype control (Black) and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (Blue). Fc receptors were blocked with 20 μg/mL Human IgG for 15 minutes on ice. Primary antibody staining for 30 minutes on ice. Secondary antibody staining for 30 minutes on ice.
