Flow cytometric analysis of rat primary splenocytes labeling CD62L with ab218829 at 1/500 dilution (top right panel), compared with a Rabbit IgG, monoclonal [EPR25A] - Isotype Control (ab172730) (Upper left). Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
Top panel: Cells were stained with Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated CD3 and rabbit IgG (Left) or anti-CD62L RabMab (Right). Data shown was gated on viable cells.
Down regulation of CD62L on activated T cells (CD3+FSChigh, blue) compared to Naïve T cells (CD3+CD62L+, red) was shown on the bottom panel
This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab218829).
