Immunocytochemistry - Anti-CD37 antibody [G28-1] (ab281917)
Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Daudi cells stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of this antibody at 10 µg/ml for 1hour followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody at 2 µg/ml (green), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom chimeric antibody, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody. This data was developed using the chimeric version.
