    ab75985 staining CD21 in Cynomolgus Monkey whole blood by Flow Cytometry. Red blood cells were lysed in PBS + 1% BSA and 0.01% sodium azide, fixed in paraformaldehyde and incubated with the primary antibody (1/100 in PBS + 1% BSA and 0.01% sodium azide) for 1 hour at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/100) was used as the secondary antibody.
    Gating Strategy: Live Lymphocytes.

    This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab75985).

    ab75985 staining CD21 antibody in Raji (human Burkitt's lymphoma) cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with 100% methanol. Samples were incubated with primary antibody at a dilution of 1/500. A goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) was used as the secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/1000.

    DAPI was used as a nuclear counterstain and the negative control was PBS only.

    This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab75985).

    Diluting buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.
    Observed band size: 155 kDa
    The band at around 15kDa could be cleavage form. (PMID: 9647256)
