Immunocytochemistry - Anti-Caspase-10/CASP-10 antibody (ab2012) This image is courtesy of an anonymous Abreviewab2012 at 1:50 staining cultured mouse hippocampal astrocytes by ICC/IF. The astrocytes were maintained in culture for 2 days in the presence of 10% serum, fixed with 4% PFA in PBS for 15 min at room temperature and permeabilized for 5 min in 0.25% Triton X-100 in PBS. The tissue was incuabated with the antibody for 2 hours at room temperature. A Cy3 ® conjugated donkey anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) was used as the secondary.
