Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections) analysis of mouse kidney allografts (left) and normal kidney tissue labelling C4 with ab11863 at 1/50. Staining seen predominantly in peritubular capillary walls. Magnification: X250.
4μm frozen sections were fixed in acetone and blocked in normal goat serum. A FITC-conjugated goat anti-rat IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
