Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-c-Maf antibody [EPR16484] (ab199424)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human tonsil tissue labeling c-Maf with ab199424 at 1/500 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (ab97051) at 1/500. Nucleus staining on epithelial on Human tonsil tissue is observed (Subcellular location: Nucleus [UniProt]). Counter stained with Hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
Negative control: Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (ab97051) at 1/500 dilution.
