Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-Bmi1 antibody (ab115251) This image is courtesy of an abreview by Wenjian Caoab115251 staining Bmi1 in Mouse Pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (PFA perfusion fixed frozen sections). Tissue samples were fixed by perfusion with paraformaldehyde, blocked with 10% BSA for 60 minutes at 26°C and antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in Tris-based buffer. The sample was incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in 10% BSA in TBST) at 4°C for 16 hours. A HRP-conjugated Donkey anti-goatpolyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.
