alpha Internexin was immunoprecipitated from U-87 MG (human glioblastoma-astrocytoma epithelial cell line) whole cell lysate with 5 μg ab227614. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab227614. Anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody.
