Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of heat shocked HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) cells labeling AHSA2 using ab240877 at 1/80 for 12 hours at 4°C. Cells were fixed in 2% formaldehyde for 20 minutes at RT.
Secondary Antibody: FITC Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (green) at 1/200 for 2 hours at RT.
The nuclear counterstain was DAPI (blue) at 1/40000 for 2 hours at RT.
