Flow Cytometry - Anti-Acrolein antibody [2H2] (ab240906)Flow cytometric analysis of 90% Methanol-fixed SH-SY5Y (human neuroblastoma cell line from bone marrow) cells using ab240906 at 1/50 dilution for 30 minutes on ice (solid line) compared to a control IgG (dotted line). Goat Anti-Mouse PE at 1/100 dilution for 20 min at RT was used as the secondary antibody.
Cells were subject to oxidative stress by treating with 250 μM H2O2 for 24 hours.
