Mycotoxin. PFTase inhibitor. Potently inhibits interaction with P-glycoprotein (IC50 = 100 nM, [3H]azidopine binding in VJ-300 cells). Inhibits the efflux of antitumor agents in drug resistant cells. Increases intracellular accumulation of Vincristine (ab120226). -

Handling
