Product name
Alkyne Phosphoramidite, 5'-terminal, for the synthesis of oligonucleotides -
Description
Phosphoramidite for the synthesis of oligonucleotides with 5'-terminal alkyne for Click Chemistry. -
Biological description
Phosphoramidite for the synthesis of oligonucleotides with 5'-terminal alkyne for Click Chemistry. Easier to handle and dispense, and more stable compared to 5’-hexynyl phosphoramidite, 5'-butynyl-CEP, and other 5'-terminal alkyne phosphoramidites. Use acetonitrile as diluent. A 5 minute coupling time is recommended using standard nucleobase conditions. 5'-deprotection not needed due to lack of 5'-terminal DMT group. Oligonucleotides can be deblocked under standard conditions and purified by PAGE or HPLC ion-exhange chromatography.
