Potent, ATP-competitive PI3K inhibitor (IC50 values are 5, 16, 44 and 49 nM for PI3Kδ, PI3Kα, PI3Kβ and PI3Kγ respectively). Induces G1-phase arrest but not apoptosis. Shows potent antiproliferative effects. Shows antitumor effects in vivo. Orally active.
