Irreversible, cell permeable broad-spectrum caspase inhibitor (IC50 values are 1.1 and 4.1 μM for caspase-3 and caspase-6 respectively). Inhibits hypoxia-induced apoptosis. Shows anti-ischemic effects in vivo. -

Handling
