Biological description
Calmodulin antagonist. CaM kinase inhibitor. W-5 (ab143770), W-7 (ab143768) and W-13 (ab143753), and analog. Shows five times less potent CaM kinase inhibition than W-13. Reversibly slows pollen tube elongation, alters organelle motility, promotes microfilament bundling, and microtubule bundling in plants. -

Handling
