Inactive tyrphostin. Negative control for tyrphostins such as AG 490 (ab120950). Inhibits CD40 signaling pathway. Reduces IL-12 production in macrophages. Blocks CD40L-induced translocation of NFκB to the nucleus. Shows antiallergic effects in vivo. -
