Tris-Glycine Transfer Buffer (10X) - RunBlue™ (ab270518) has been specially formulated to provide optimal blot transfer of proteins from RunBlue™ Gels. Supplied as a concentrate, the solution should be diluted by a factor of ten for use with RunBlue™ apparatus or a factor of 20 for use with other blotting methods.

This product is manufactured by Expedeon, an Abcam company. Expedeon product code NXB86425 was previously called RunBlue™ Tris-Glycine Blot Buffer - 4L (10x Concentrate) and is the same as the 4000 mL size of this product. Expedeon product code NXB86500 was previously called RunBlue™ Tris-Glycine Blot Buffer - 500 mL (10x Concentrate) and is the same as the 500 mL size.
