Selective IRE1α inhibitor. Adenosine (ab120498) analog. PI3-kinase inhibitor. Inhibits RNA self-cleavage. Induces apoptosis in cancer cell lines. Suppresses thapsigargin-, tunicamycin- and 2-deoxyglucose-induced XBP1 mRNA splicing. Shows antitumor and antimicrobial effects in vivo. -

Store at -20°C. Store under desiccating conditions. The product can be stored for up to 12 months. -
Handling
