Fluorogenic substrate of calpains and 20S proteasome. Calpain I and II hydrolyses Suc-Leu-Leu-Val-Tyr-AMC with Km values of 203 and 466 µM, respectively. Used to study the activity of calpains and proteosomal degradation.
