Background
SK-N-BE 2 human neuroblastoma cells are of both epitheloid and neuroblastoid sub-populations express the three p53 family proteins of tumour suppressors and can be used for the study of their induction. Cells can also be used for studies of neuronal proliferation and differentiation studies.
