Biological description
Inhibits (IC50 = 500 nM) KMT5A / SETD8 / Pr-SET7 and suppresses H4JK20 monomethylation in vitro. Weakly active against Cdk4 (IC50 = 6 μM). Induces S-phase accumulation in HEK-293 cells. Cytotoxic towards a number of human cancer cell lines. May induce the DNA damage response.
