Potent, cell-permeable LSD-1 inhibitor (IC50 = 70 nM). Selective for LSD-1 versus MAO-A (IC50 = 0.51 μM) and MAO-B (IC50 = 2.79 μM). Impairs long-term, but not short-term memory in mice. Brain penetrant following systemic administration.
