    Assay Conditions: Reaction was performed in 50 mM Tris pH 7.4, 5 mM MgCl2, 1 mM DTT, 20 μM ATP, 0.2 mg/ml MRCL3 Peptide. Reaction was initiated with the addition of Mouse DRAK2 and was incubated at 30°C for 45 min. The luminescence was read with the Kinase Glo Max reagent.
