Specific activity of ab135019 was determined to be 186 pmol/min/µg. Enzyme reaction was performed in a reaction buffer (200 µl) containing 50 mM Tris (pH 7.4), 1 mM MgCl2, 50 mM KCl, 1 mM DTT, 0.1 mg/ml BSA, 2 mM T5PNP and TDP2. Reaction was continuously monitored at 415 nm for 20 min. -
