Biological activity
Assay conditions: RIPK1 reactions was done in 25 μl containing 40 mM Tris, pH 7.4, 20 mM MgCl2, 0.1 % BSA, 3 mM DTT, 0.2 mg/ml MBP and 20 μM ATP at 30°C for 45 mins. The amount of ATP transferred to the substrate was measured using ADP-Glo reagents. -
