IL17 secretion by Mouse splenocytes
Mononuclear cells isolated from Mouse spleen were cultured with Mouse IL23 in presence or absence of various concentrations of ab109153 for 3 days. Levels of IL17 accumulated in culture supernatants were measured using ELISA.
