Assay Conditions: Assay was performed using 100 µl HCV assay buffer containing 50 mM Tris, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM DTT, 10% glycerol, and 5 µM fluorescently labeled HCV substrate peptide. Reaction was continuously monitored at room temperature for 20 min. at ex350/em500.
