Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. Functional Studies - Phrixotoxin-3, Voltage-gated Na+ channel blocker (ab141845)Phrixotoxin-3 inhibits NaV1.2 channels heterologously expressed in Xenopus oocytes.
Superimposed traces of NaV1.2 currents before (green) and during (black) application of 300 nM Phrixotoxin-3 (ab141845). Currents were elicited from a holding potential of -100 mV and test pulses of 35 ms to +60 mV were delivered every 5 sec.
