Inhibitors included - imidazole, sodium fluoride, sodium molybdate, sodium orthovanadate, sodium tartrate dihydrate

Preparation: The recommended starting dilution is 1:100

Individual components and concentrations:
Imidazole: alkaline phosphatase inhibitor (200 mM)
Sodium fluoride: acid phosphatase and serine/threonine phosphatase inhibitor (100 mM)
Sodium molybdate: acid phosphatase inhibitor (115 mM)
Sodium orthovanadate: protein tyrosine phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase inhibitor (100 mM)
